Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days, with free shipping available for orders over a certain amount. Customers can choose from standard, express, or international shipping options. In case of any delays or lost/damaged shipments, we work closely with the shipping company to ensure timely delivery and provide a reshipment or refund if necessary.

SHIPMENT FEES INFORMATION 

I. Delivery Fees in Thailand

  • Flat rate delivery fee of 50 THB for orders below 9,999 THB

  • Free delivery for order 10,000 THB or above

  • Next-day delivery available for orders placed before 3:00 PM

 

II. International Delivery Fees

  • Delivery fees vary depending on the destination country and the weight of the package

  • Estimated delivery time will be provided upon checkout

  • Please note that import taxes and customs duties may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient

 

III. Minimum Requirements for Free Shipments 

  • Domestic orders: 10,000 THB and above

  • International orders: 35,000 THB and above

  • Free shipment does not apply to rough stones Burmese Amber
