• Certain colors, types, and sizes of our products may be rare or temporarily out of stock in Thailand.

• In such instances, we may need to outsource from Myanmar, which may take between 15-30 days to complete depending on the specific item.

• Quotation - Based on the consultation, we'll provide you with a quotation for the pre-order, including the estimated price, timeline, and payment terms.

• Confirmation - Once you agree to the quotation, we'll confirm the pre-order and require a deposit payment or full payment, depending on the terms agreed upon.

• Production - We'll source or produce your customized Burmese Amber or gemstones, ensuring they adhere to the specifications discussed during the consultation.

• Quality Check - After production, we'll conduct a thorough quality check to ensure your customized Burmese Amber or gemstones meet our high standards.

• Final Payment - Once the quality check is complete, we'll notify you and request the final payment before shipment.

• Shipment - Finally, we'll ship your customized Burmese Amber or gemstones to your designated address. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy
